At Afrisoq One, we understand that you may need to cancel orders. This policy explains your rights and the cancellation process.

1. Cancellation Conditions

  • 1.1. Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped or picked up by the delivery rider.

  • 1.2. Order Status: Orders that are already shipped or in transit cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel

  • 2.1. Submit Request: Place a cancellation request via the “Orders” page in your account.

  • 2.2. Confirmation: We will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection via email or in-app notification.

3. Refunds

  • 3.1. Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • 3.2. Processing Time: Refunds take 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • 3.3. Fees: If cancellation occurs after shipping or during advanced processing, administrative or shipping fees may apply.

4. Cancellation by Company

  • 4.1. Reasons: We may cancel orders if:

    • The item is out of stock.

    • A payment issue is detected.

    • Provided information is incorrect or suspicious.

  • 4.2. Notification: You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
